鋼管外壁拋丸機利用高效拋丸器拋出的高速彈丸打擊鋼管、鑄管表面，使之獲得精細光亮的金屬原色，提高工件表面的抗拉和抗壓強度，使其具有一定的粗糙度，達到防腐、護管、延長鋼管使用壽命。 對鋼管內壁噴丸處理后的同一鋼管外壁施以清除氧化皮及雜色物的周表拋丸預處理；彌補鋼管表面微觀裂紋；消除鋼管表面殘應力，提高基材強度，增加表層抗磨性；為涂飾提供活性表面，有利于提高鋼管外表涂覆質量，防腐、護管、延緩鋼管使用年限。
This series i s designed for the large,middle and small calibre size of the steel pipe and the cylinder.
