線材拋丸機配置線材專用強力內置拋丸器，易損部件少，更換簡單快捷，生產效率極高。利用本機拋丸后的線材表面呈現均勻的粗糙度，增加鋁包銅包的附著力，使包層均勻永不脫落，消除線材拔絲過程中產生的內應力，增加線材表面的抗拉強度以及抗應力腐蝕開裂性能，獲得永久性使用壽命。
